M V Nathan’s Benefit Concert for Gotami Vihara

Gotami Vihara is pleased to announce a concert by Brother MV Nathan who will be presenting his 7th album on Buddhist songs. All proceeds of the event will be donated to Gotami Vihara.

Date: 28 October, 2012
Time: 2pm-5.30pm
Venue: Matic Hall, Jalan Ampang, KL
Ticket price: RM80 (donation, free for Sangha)

Performing with him is an internationally renowned band “Akasha” who will entertain us with some Asian fusion music (Musicians from Malaysia, Australia, China, instruments include sitar, ‘ku cherrn’); singers from MOD, Igemz and the Big Chips Choir; comic relief by the baba nyonya couple, Simon Tan and Aaron Loo.

Brother Nathan and his friends have very kindly donated their time and talent and are absorbing all the cost of producing this concert. The event will be video-taped by Live Feed Video with a full high definition recording.

Come and join us and relax on a Sunday afternoon with your family, in a day of listening and sharing, of giving and receiving. Be inspired by the talented Brother Nathan and have a memorable and spiritually enlightening evening. It will be one of fun, fellowship and food and networking. Refreshment will be served after the performance (coffee, teh tarik, roti jala, nyonya kuih, etc).
